thank you guys for input. I am actually a Cadillac guy doing ton's of work for caddy dealers. recently friend of mine told me I should pay attention to C Class because they are very popular. so I made visit to my local MB dealer and after a few days of study, talking to sales people and some technical research I came up with this. and at the end, dealer loved it. It was actually more then just painting them. Preping proccess is a little time consuming for this grill. I was so blow away how easy to replace those grills. flat head screw driver, 10 mm socket and 5 minuts of work.
as far as mesh grill, I agree with everyone opinion, but my plan is, since C-Sport and CTS V have same large opennings on the buttom, I will try to make lower mesh grill for C-Sport. friend of mine did photoshop and actually looked a lot better with upper and lower grill vs just an upper.
also in the future I am planning to modify C-Sport gril to what 2007 CTS Sport was like (with mesh behined the grill. and also I will try to do Black Chrom Mesh. I know for sure its going to be fun
anyway here are some more pics and thank you guys again for input, and you'll be seeing me more in this forum with more mods ideas (which is great forum BTW)

PS: for the first time I test drove C Sport, and I liked it, and since my wife hate Cadillacs for unknown me reasons, I may just buy her a C Class (not sure yet what would be the best for her: Sport Model or Luxury.) for x-mas. and since her brother is an MB Technition, it would be perfect.
