That would be a nasty and unproductive scenario. Once I was running this company for an idiot who left his mentally challenged mistress in charge of "compliance". After many heated meetings from how I should handle a serious situation to the friggin coffee choice for the lounge; I had enough and walked out just to see both of their asses hauled off to jail for noncompliance
