You know Mitch, these problems are popping up quite often, and I really feel for these guys who have the first version, which only seems to be a money maker for Mercedes. I still can't understand why they couldn't just issue a recall and end this nightmare. I guess they have very large checkbooks and can out wait anyone in court. That's why it is very hard fighting them.
