| Do not jump. Get it towed back to the dealer or get the battery replaced before starting up the car (or charged the battery up first). Otherwise, your car's charging system and electrical system could be forced to operate outside its designed operating range. Risky business (damaging/costly). Unless it is a dire emergency or you have a cheap junker, jumping the battery is usually not a good idea.
