| That post does seem a bit fraught, but I had just come back from the license bureau where it took about 2+ hours to get a driver's license for $154. I suppose that all the provinces are the same although Quebec is an easier target - the fee, I would probably pay in Vancouver, but the dismantling and the hoist gives me the creeps with my 'new' B.
I have a wheel alignment scheduled for next week, thanks to the potholes, no doubt, [covered on warranty 8^)] and I have a 'cricket' in my transmission, plus a stinky air conditioner, all to be fixed on warranty.
Oh yeah, last year a moronic woman shot out of a driveway and nailed me in my Golf, 100% her fault, but the insurers here call it a "claim" and are screwing me for insurance. That was another surprise, that my insurance goes up even though it was NOT MY FAULT! AAaarrrgggghhhh!
Anyway, Je suis un Quebecer, maintenant or is that Quebecois? (most of my French...I'm working on it). |
