The oil leak is from the valve cover baffles(crankcase breather covers, or what ever you want to call them). They are siliconed on to the valve covers on both left and right sides. Very common problem on all 112 and 113 motors. You can do it yourself pretty easily. biggest thing is to clean and prep the surfaces before resealing them. You can leave the valve covers attached to the engine and just reseal the baffles. I would recommend to get the vent hoses for the drivers side baffle, since they do tear when trying to remove them. The rubber gets hard and is not pliable. The passenger side is almost always soft and east to remove.

Tools you will need are-
-torx 30 male bit
-torx e10 female socket
-torx 25 male bit
- and a few picks and assorted tools for cleaning the old silicone out of the channels in baffles.

-some clean rags
-parts wash
-tube of silcone, rtv, or whatever.

I probably forgot something ther, but if you want to PM me, I can give you a better step by step.
