Hi.
They've come from a fellow on eBay who had a 2001 E-Class. As I recall I paid about $1,400 for the set not including tyres just over two years ago. They are 19" and fit the well pretty nicely. I had 22" on the car when I bought it and the ride quality was a bit rougher than I prefer. Also, after two blow outs from low profile tyres it was time to change them.
Check eBay they are pretty common, also someone else since my post mentioned here they had an aftermarket version.
