Is this some kind of trick to up sales for your dealership? The reason I ask is because, frankly, I think that most here have mastered the sales part - we either pay sticker or we get the best deal available. It's the technical stuff that bugs us mostly! And since MB is doing so well (read earlier post on subject) why do you think we care? I need credos!

So, here is my Q: what's the average age of MB buyers by model? Also, do you guys ever read those customer surveys we all seem obligated to fill out? Also, do those after purchase/service calls actually come from the shops or are they farmed out to some outlet in Beijing?
