No mark up to be found at MB Laguna Niguel. I got someone bumped cause I know a guy. But he said if I felt like waiting, it would be June/July. And this is the "deep pocket" area you're referring to. Fletcher Jones in Newport is #1 in the world and MB Laguna Niguel [15 miles away] WAS #2 for 3 years running, but dropped to #9 in February. They then proceeded to fire 60% of the staff and replace them with morons. Totally pulled a Circuit City on that one.
