I'm with you 100% on this Mike.
I got the same run around with the Audi. Got the CD on it and knew the Bentley Publishers Service techs on a first name basis due to the secret way the manual only fits on one computer at a time.

A true PITA!!
Then they bring out a book and offer the CD owners a "discount" for having double now. It's what we wanted in the first place, a BOOK!!
No wonder our hourly charge is so much, they have trouble finding new info too!!
But if you have a bit of patience, the WIS has a ton of info and the photos to go with it.
