| No it will be the same as the B200 cdi (strange they call yours the 180 as it has the cc capacity engine as the 200cdi and with all the other models in the range the model is the cc capacity with a 0 dropped off). You would have thought that with the diesels they might have given a name to differentiate between the two 2 litre versions not make it appear that the engine size is smaller than it is.
You may not have taken it fast enough to go up into 7th gear, there are certain things the box will not let you do in manual mode eg I don't think it will let you over rev the engine I seem to remember it changing up on me on some occasions in the past (on my old B). I know I have seen the 7 virtual gears in black & white somewhere & will try & find it for you. |
