| Yea, the spare well and the rest of the trunk is coated with thick paint/undercoating and only has the rust colored residue and wiped right off.
The battery box is where the rust is at and the rim, I have lightly sand blasted the box and going to coat it with POR 15. It is only surface rust started where corrosion from the battery was. Looks a lot worse than it is.
On a side note, it turns out that the Foxy little Jody has a rim, off of her 280 she is so kind to let me have for shipping cost, we were wondering if it will fit on my 450?
And whats the story on the different lug nuts that fit the spare? |
