| Okay, I know I have a locquacious bent, but did anyone actually read what I posted?
Let me spell it out a bit more clearly:
GOING TO COURT IS SUICIDE, and even more so without an attorney (but every attorney would tell you this has to be negotiated out, don't go to court, period). The Judge will indeed take all of your recent activity into account, hence the "enhancement" reference above. And yes, this is run by State DMV, so even if the counties were hundreds of miles apart the court will have access to your entire record.
If YOU try to negotiate with the prosecutor(s) they probably will not even talk with you -- or if they do you won't get much of a deal, if any at all.
If you HIRE AN ATTORNEY s/he will be able to negotiate effectively and you might even get to keep your license. Ideally you might get to dump one to traffic school, plead to one and get fined and points, and for the third, get fined with a deferral pending completion of traffic school and NO OTHER VIOLATIONS for a set time period. (That's really the best-case scenario unless the funds that bought the car can buy a really good attorney.)
Take care and enjoy the ride,
Greg
