| I cut the rear springs with a handheld grinder that had a cut off wheel attached. I honestly don't think it affects the ride at high speed. Usally there is a dead ring in the coil that is used for centering and from what I can tell doesn't actually affect the spring rate. Since there is only 3/4 of a ring cut out I think you would be hard pressed to notice any difference. |
