Then Truman had to complete the termination of the Second World War. He had one hell of a decision to make when he dropped the bomb, but he did it to save American lives, it turned out he likely saved a bunch of Japanese lives as well. Again, the point is that he was able to prove something BEFORE he was elected POTUS wasn’t he….
