No issues other than the fact you have tires on the rear that are 7/10 of an inch taller and spin about 25 plus fewer revs per mile. Profile is a proportion of tire width 45% of 245 is a taller tire.Hope it does not affect the abs or the cruise control.

A 255 /40 on the rear would be a no issue tire
