My point of view may appear jaundiced and overly skeptical, but it's no secret that most sellers of used cars will stretch the truth or outright lie when selling their goods. I've never been let down by taking all descriptions by sellers with more than just a pinch of salt and disbelief. |
I saw the new pump and filter because I crawled under the car during negotiations. The work was neatly done and the parts work correctly.
I also believe no one. I inspect, check and verify.
For example, in this photo, I inspected the car by removing panels and checking hidden components. This is a photo of the plumbing leading into the heater core. The clamps work properly, but the little hoses needed replacement which I did and this is a photo of the final result.
In the end the car is amazing and I cannot believe it's mine.
