Humans are complex. I'm dealing with different people everyday, with different characters, needs, and expectations. In the perfect world, every customer should be treated like a king, the problem is, the definition of "treated like a king" for each individual is different. No matter how good you treat your customer, there will always be unhappy ones.
Btw, if he expect better treatment, maybe he should've decided to buy a Maybach instead of a Brilliance or Gelly.
In Asia, many people are unaware or don't really care about how technology works. They just know airbags are supposed to deploy in the event of crash.
On local forum once, this one guy was pissed because his airbag wasn't deployed. He was cruising through highway while the car in front of him did an emergency brake. He stopped in time, but the car behind him slammed his car so his car was hit the car in front of him and his airbag didn't go off. He was thinking of suing the car manufacturer for that. Some people are just unaware of how things work.
Sometimes movies are misleading too. If any of you watch the movie Die Hard 4, there was a scene where a parked BMW E60 5 series was hit hard using a trash can and both front airbags deployed. First, the car ignition was off, the SRS module is not even active. Secondly, there was no one on passenger side, so even if in real crash that side of airbag won't deploy. But then of course anything can happen in a movie right?
