you have to actually read the warranty contract. the reps will tell you anything but when its time to have a repair covered and its denied, that same rep will be nowhere to be found!

the best contracts are exclusionary contracts. thats when everything is covered except when specifically stated in the contract that its not. and it has to be from a reputable company. try diamler/chrysler service contracts
