i know with thicker oil that the pump has to work harder but with 10-40 oils my pressure will be below 1 so i usually go buy lucas one bottle oil which is like 80 or something weight and the pressure goes up i don't know what to do use oils that u said and have low pressure or use thicker oil and have the pump work harder what would u guys recommend me to do is it ok if the pressure is at 0.8 when fully wormed i know these engines can work at 0.3 with out any damage but i kinda like when my oil pressure is higher then 1 and one more thing i went to one of my local mechanic just to ask him about my low oil pressure he said since its leaking oil on crankshaft seal cover that can reduce ur oil pressure it doesn't have to be worn out rods and stuff like that i all ready bought the seal and will be replacing it very soon so will see what happens
