| i havent had this happen (yet) on my 2008 gl450 with just under 1000 miles...and i havent tried out my air suspension yet...so, thanks for the heads up on testing that one.
my s class also has the same folding mirror when locked function and it has performed flawlessly (so far), so i am a 'little' surprised that people are having issues with them.
i did get the extended warranty as i plan to keep this car for awhile. it is great for peace of mind and a bargain as when my clk sunroof malfunctioned a month out of manufacturers warranty, my extended warranty kicked in. the total cost was about $2k to fix. the driver seat power function also seized up which required another trip to the dealer for repairs...i dont remember how much that one was...but i bet it wasnt cheap...let's just say i got my moneys worth by getting extended warranty. |
