Update-
I was able to get the MB cargo liner for free from m dealer (had an issue with my dealer and was able to negotiate this), and in the meantime I ordered the weathertech liner.

So with both on hand to evaluate, I have decided to keep the MB liner and return the weathertech. While the weathertech liner fits very well, the MB liner fits perfectly, and as previously stated in this thread, the four corners have slots that allow access to the tie-down rings if needed. I like the material the weathertech is made out of and it seems like it would be very durable. I hope the MB liner isnt prone to cracking because it's more rigid. Time will tell!
