| Don't believe the hype. If the current shop you are going to services the car well, and they are using OEM parts, then i would continue to go to them. The Dealership is alittle more than than depending on the year of your car. I had a 2000 CL500 and my B service was $527 and some change...
Dealership Mechs are not always the best personnel to use. You are just paying for the name with them. I would also check around at other Merc Dealers because some dealer Mechanics are better than others...
And if you want to use dealers part directly, buy them and have your shop put them in. You will still come out cheaper than going to the dealer. |
