Simple answer: you NEED shorter lug bolts. You can't simply swap wheels on vehicles that use lug bolts instead of lug nuts. With luck you haven't done any damage to the braking components.
Easiest thing to do is to purchase the stock lug bolts for the source vehicle for the other wheels.
