| I think manufacturers produce so many different fluid bottles, but change only color of fluids to make customer spend more money. technically you can use any light-weight oil in the power steering system. Some cars use transmission, some hydraulic. Just like you can use motor oil in automatic transmission it will not make bigger effect.
All of oils will damage paint if left on it for long time.
Hydraulic oils seems to be the most aggressive. |
