A component of my rear sunshade broke...it is a "bar" that goes across and has a small hole (milimeter or so?) on one end and the bar itself snapped off at the base.

I am going to see if my machinist friend can help me fabricate replacement component so I don't have to buy everything.

Anyway, I did a search on both w210 e class forums and didn't find any directions or schematics on how it should all go together. Anyone know of any out there?

For that matter, anyone know of where I can get a parts manual or nice repair manual with all components of my 2002 E55 in Diagrams? I used to have one for my 97 Discovery and it was a constant life saver.
