Pump replacement, I also replaced the fuel filter.

Now it's up and running but I also heard that the old pump could start working again. WHat I read was, there has been a lot of additives to fuel lately and it has been the cause of a lot of faulty pumps due to clogging. I went on to read that if it sits for a while it will "unclog" itself as the additives settle.

I still have the old pump and when I get back from holiday I will put it back in to see if it will work. If there is another way to test it, please let me know.
