It should work wired directly to your amp. You'll need this:

Removal tools to pop the MCS - Mercedes p/n: W 000 589 88 63 00
Head unit - Pioneer AVIC-D3
Double Din Mounting Assembly and Bezel - Pioneer ADT-VA133
BlueTooth Interface (includes mic and cables) - CD-BTB200
iPod Interface Cable - Pioneer CD-I200
Car harness adapter (A/B connector & antenna adapter) - Scosche VW01AF

The ADT-VA133 makes mechanical fitment easy and look factory.

Wire it something like shown in the attached schematic with the D3 speaker outputs feeding the Bose amp directly. This configuration sounds as good or better than the MCS/Bose combo and obviously makes installation considerably easier. Just remember to setup the D3 properly:
- turn Loudness off,
- start with the EQ flat,
- feed full range to the front and back speakers
- full volume is achieved at a D3 setting of about 22 out of 40.
