| The knob pulls off (firm grip) then there's a nut holding the switch assembly on the panel. The trim section then pulls out. You'll find the back light on a two wire harness. I couldn't pull my bulb out, may have been melted into the socket.
If you're talking about the fog lamp indicator that's on the switch assy. you'll see it when the knob pulls off. If you get a part number for the lamp - post it the dealer couldn't find one for mine as well the shift selection lamp in the console has no part number.
I am going to find a different source for these bulbs as someone must make a low wattage 12V micro bulb.
