| It depends largely on the type of phone you are syncing. I work for MB and I have found that each phone has its own issues, and yes there are some that do not want to sync. Sometimes its dues to an outdated version of BT on the phone. Palm Treo's are notorious for not working. See if you can upgrade your phones software. Also the best way I have found to sync the phone is through the external method. This way your phone discovers the MB Phone System. 2 rounds of this should make it work. Best of luck. |
