| I think in the SF bay area from wqhat I have heard that about $250 should be a good job.
I wouldn't pressure wash anything under the hood, you could get water on things that should never have it.
You'd be amazed how nicely spritzing cleaners carefully on areas under hood, with brushes and socks and old rags and t shirts can clean things up in there.
Also, Nev-R-Dull wadded cleaner will polish out the air cleaner housing just beautifully.
Be sure and clean out the leaves an crud in the cowl around the windshield. Failure to do so can cause lots of trouble.
I think a lot of the interior and under hood stuff you could do your self to save $$$.
Don't have a specific detailer to recommend cause I have been gone 3 years now from there.
