The funny thing is I've gotten email from people in Kentucky and somewhere around Alabama asking my family tree has any "branches" in that area. I don't think we have any relatives that spell our name as "Vaughn" instead of "Vaughan." My Father had done some tracing of our history, but he never gave me details on it (he just died this past January). We know where our family came from (Golden Grove, in Wales) and that there was a Sherlock Holmes story about our ancestors ("The Musgrave Ritual" -- and Musgrave is still in use with some family members, for instance as my middle name). I don't know if we have any connections to any Vaughn's in Kentucky, though.
It'd be kind of cool if that did turn up some missing cousins, though! ;-)
