| The brake wear warning light and the BAS/ESP warning light were coming on intermittently in my 2000 ML. I knew that the brakes were done and that the stop-lamp switch was the most common cause for the BAS/ESP, so I bought a new switch. Oddly enough htough, after replacing all the brake components both warning lights have stopped lighting up even though I haven't replaced the stop-lamp switch yet. |
