I would definately take the matter up with the head salesperson of the dealership. After you have received your car there is a questionaire sent to you regarding the sales transaction. The salesman is supposed to get I think about 95% total satisfaction or he has to fill in a report. Tell the dealer that you are really going to put in a bad report about them that may help in getting some action. |
