| Well I am Lucky, stubborn and stupid and sometimes the latter shines through, I happen to have 1 of the top turbo engine builders in the Unites States at my disposal for questions and what not...He told me point blank your engine can handle 9psi and be reliable for about 280hp...in stock form with correct fuel,needless to say I set out to prove him wrong $1280.00 later I am back at 9psi after failed attempts to run between 11-13 psi...
I push my cars to the limit everytime I drive it and the only car that I can't break is my 6.9...I have destroyed a 2.3 16V geabox with 280 Rear wheel Horse power
and I had not even began to abuse it yet....
do it Again & Again=2.3 manual 16v=and someone pointed out it indeed is just a simple bolt in affair to drop the automatic and drop in the manual.so having to swap out the 16v tranny every 2 years should be a piece of cake,2 beers+2hours done....
As ASE says "FIX IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME" Viper 6 speed manual...
