| I have had my 95 E320 for almost 2 years here is the Phoenix area. My car normally runs in the 100 to 110 C range during the summer months. The temperature ranges 105 F to 118 F for 4 months out of the year. If your AC is not cooling the car adequately I would suggest tinting the windows as dark as it is legal. I would also check the fuse IN the auxillary fan relay. If this fuse is blown it will affect the AC compressor cycle making it in effective. The aux fans are the fans in front of the radiator which should run above 100C. This fuse blowing is pretty common. The relay is located behind the fuse box. It is a 30 amp fuse.
It is the only relay with a fuse plugged into it. |
