I WOULD STAY FAR AND CLEAR OF THE OTHER DETAILER. Having them re-do it even for free may cause more damage. Your car is a personal effect of which they should take pride in and should have grabbed the keys from you when you came back and straight up got busy. They sound money hungry rather then being customer satisfaction based.

I am sorry that they are f*cking screw ups which tend to give "us" detailers a bad name. I only do detailing for others that I know and not for a huge profit. My job rivals that of full on incorporated detailers. As one who has worked on Avanti's, Lexus's, MBz, BMW's, Acura's and all the colour cars under the sun, I am sadden that they did not take pride in thier work.
