Service B turned into a nightmare

I left my car this morning for a service B at the local dealer. I got a call
in the afternoon from the service guy telling me they scratched
the rear door of my R-350 and would like my permission for them to fix it.
He said they were going to send it to their body shop and it will take a week
to get fixed. I was thinking to myself, wow just scratches and it would take that long to fix. I thought they were just busy.
They promised to give me a similar
R - Class because I needed an R because of my kids. I also told them I need
to take off the car seats inside my car so I can transfer them to the new loaner.
I got to their bodyshop and saw the damage for the first time, I thought
they were just small scratches when described on the phone by the service guy, the damaged looked like somebody ram
sideways into the car! (see picture, they were taken using my cell phone) I couldn't believe they didn't offer me to see the
damage first before asking for my permission for them to repair it.
Maybe they didn't want me to see the damage. I don't know.
I asked to speak to the manager but they told me they were all gone fo the day.
So tomorrow I will talk to the manager and asked for it to be repaired
by a body shop I trust.
any advice?
