| My 06 did not come with the nav system and the dealer told me it could not be added since it had not been put in at the factory. However, after doing a small amount of research, I found out that he was wrong so I found a mercedes nav unit on ebay, bought it, and had the dealer install it. They appeared happy to install it once I got the parts! So.... I don't fully trust what the dealers say. I think if your 06 was manufactured late enough in the model year, it has what is needed to install the camera. Just need to find the camera and installation kit.... I think.
