I'd imagine it would but it would be cheaper to just trade your car in on a 2003 or later E55 than to spend the money on a mod like this. Unless, your motor is blown?

I think the conversion would be very difficult since you would need to modify the engine and trans computer to accept the new engine. It would probably be easier and cheaper to swap in a twin-turbo LS1 engine and GM tranny with aftermarket EFI system.
