no I did not. I said if you are going to WASH your car, ajax is the way to go. period. forget the over-the-counter stuff.....then all hell broke lose filled with assumptions and speculations from everybody on what I said. nobody really read it and understood it...
I said I only polish/wax 1-4 times a year because that's all you really need. go back and read it in the first post I made (pro detailer part 1).
After I said that, the whole hourd of you got down on my ass because you guys polish and wax 3-4 times a month, which is fucking ridiculous in my opinion.
Most of you stood by the over-the-counter wash products to wash your cars weekly-bi-weekly and I debated why use that? it's not worth buying because it won't lift the dirt like ajax. but to each his own. go read it.
this thread was created to show you that you can wash your car with ajax all damn year and it will still shine and bead water until your next polish/wax.
if ajax was so harmful to my clearcoat leaving no protection, where's all the oxidation and fading then?
