I would like to give credit to Kynyption for helping ME on routing the cable.
Tools you will need:
-8mm socket
-Phillips head screw driver
-A water bottle
-Patience!

First,

Next to the passenger side trunk arm, you will see a hole about 2 inches big. All your wire's will go thru here.
I have my Sub power cable (blue), Sub speaker cable (clear with red stripe) and my capacitor cable (red) going thru there.

A close up of the hole. The black pipe is for the gas tank so be careful NOT to damage it.

They then end up on the other side, I did not remove the seat but you can see that they go to the bottom.
The bolts holding down the rear seat are 8mm and there are three of them. One on the right, one one the left and one in the center.
You then pull up the carpeting and start routing the wires.

A close up of the wires coming from behind the seat.

I didn't know how to get the wires thru the power seat so I cut a 1 inch hole in the carpeting and pulled up the wires and threw them over the motor.

They then ended up in the front of the motor and I put them under the mat. Take notice there are (2) mats, I put them under the second mat.

The power cable is going thru the side of the carpeting up against the beam.
I did this so it will have little or no contact with the speaker cables. The remote amp turn on cable is there too, its blue so its a bit hard to see.

The sub speaker wiring is on the opposite side.

Put it behind the black plastic panel and it leads to another entrance to the rear of the head unit. Connect however you'd like. It's easier to remove the head unit and grab the speaker wire from the stereo hole instead.

This is where your philips head screw driver comes in handy, you take off the bottom of the dashboard to make things easier if you'd like. There is a hole up there and its a VERY tight squeeze, so call your 2 year old brother out and have him do the work. Put the wires thru the hole.
