| ENGINE STALLING HELP (formerly >> ..fuel shutoff valve)

we are currenly installing the large rear fuel filter, we are taking the old one out, and fuel is comming out
we dont want to procede untill we know if theres a shutoff valve, or weknow tha the fuel dosent comout unless the engine is on?
