Ben, I believe you have the wrong cradle. The proper V60 cradle looks like the one in the phone bulletin at

I brought the MB puck and a Motorola RAZAR V3m. I cannot get the PUCK to connect with the phone or the command center. I get a tele. error message. I have the V60 cradle that is picture in the first post."
I should have looked more closely. if indeed you have the cradle that was in the first post in that string (
http://www.benzworld.org/forums/audi...-adapter.html), it is the wrong cradle and will not work with the MB puck. I believe that is the source of your problems. That cradle, as the string pointed out, was for an aftermarket V60 installation.
You said you had upgraded your phone system to a v60 configuration. as that string also pointed out, you would have had to replace the PSE, not just the cradle.
