As I recall, the '00 shows it the same way the '01 does; see the link at
http://phdwebsite.powerpulse.cc/COMA...L%20COMAND.pdf pages 177-181. When you get to the proper map display mode, it's at the top right side of the screen.
You can download the COMAND instruction book for the '01 model year from Paul Dick's webite at
http://home.earthlink.net/~phdwebsite/comand_manual.htm. Just remember that the voice control in the '00, if you have it, controlled only the phone and no other functions.
