| gas fumes/ gas smell in my car!!
my 91 420sel (which i bought only 2 mnths ago) just the other day started really smelling of gas inside the car. I opened the windows but the smell is still overpowering... Naturally I'm afraid to drive it too much for fear it might catch fire or something.
There are no obvious gas leaks i can see (no puddles or drips), it doesn't smell outside the vehicle only inside which leads me to think its coming up through the floor of the body. Any thoughts before I take her in to see my mechanic? Thanks!! |
