| 1973 280 1st time buyer questions
I saw a 1973 280 I6 for sale on craigslist and have some questions. The seller said that the car is running well mechanically, and exterior probably okay. Car has about 105k miles and asking for $2k.
1) What is the going rate for these cars? Is $2k fair? Or at $2k should I expect the car to be in only marginal condition?
2) Can I expect much mechanical issues with this car? Will I be expecting large unscheduled repair bills from time to time? I don't work on cars at all so will probably need to take it to a mechanic.
3) Will these cars be decent daily drivers?
