| Call The Carriage House in New London, CT. 860-447-3361. They will send a guy out with a loaner, pick your car up, perform the repairs (they will even flat bed it if your car is not driveable, for a fee I would expect) drive it back and pick up the loaner, all according to your schedule. No fee for the pick up or the loaner. And they do a good job. If you are a MBCA member they also give you a very healthy 20% discount on parts. Not all MB dealers are shitbirds.
