| Your aluminum head can be welded & resurfaced if you can locate a machine shop that still does that kind of work. In years past I have see much worse damage repaired. Years ago (late 70's) there was a business that rebuilt aluminum heads. (in the lower San Francisco bay area). They would carve out the damaged area until it could be welded back with enough solid material. I don't know anyone with that skill today. But if you get caught between a rock-&-hard place (with no parts available) you can J/B weld it if the head gasket still covers the water-jacket.
Also -- first check the head & make sure it's not too warped. Measure the thickness of the cylinder head to make sure that you don't shave too much off; there are specs for original thickness & minimum allowable. (and the straight edge measurement is both bottom AND top of cylinder head; so the camshaft won't bind.)
And that valve looks like it is up too far in the head; You probably need new valves.
