| I contacted the previous owner of my car, and he mentioned that the first owner (We're the third), Was a woman, which bought the car in the U.S. and it came to Venezuela, with her in the way it currently is, and the previous owner, had it the same conditions, and received it, just as my father did. I searched as well, about the VIN, and it mentions about a 300SE from 1965. So what could possible happen here, that she, being the original owner in the U.S., bought it there, since new, and what could she possibly do? Replace the engine with the W111's V8 3.5 liter, and paste a "3.5" badge on the other side? And that's the thing, that the car, and all papers say he's from 1969. The other thing is, if the car is from 1965, howcome he has the big grill, and the big hood? The green foglights? And I'm not quite sure if this 1965 model, the automatic version, brought the shiftknob between the seats, or in the steering wheel.
